I remember when I was living in Tampa, Florida everybody use to tell me it was always real hot in the summer there.  I always laughed and tried to tell them it really wasn’t that hot. Sure it gets a little humid there don’t get me wrong, but at least they have a breeze coming off the ocean. You see here in Arkansas at the end of July and the first of August it gets hotter than crap. I’m talking like Africa Sahara Desert hot. You’re lucky to even see a fly zip past you.  They even tell people on the news not to go outside until 9pm at night sometimes.

When I hopped in the car today and took this picture of the temperature outside all I could do was laugh.

Tomorrow it’s suppose to be a high of 91 in Tampa, Florida. It’s 10 pm here in Little Rock, Arkansas and it’s 91 now.

This is a sketch of a new mascot I’m currently designing for the Production company I work for here in Arkansas. The mascot is for a brand new Animation and Graphics division of the company.

Iron Man Rules!!! I saw it Friday night and I’m ready to go see it again. Probably one of the best comic book adaptations to jump to the silver screen. Robert Downey Jr. was awesome and prefect for the role of billionaire inventor and creative genius Tony Stark.
